Took my 2020 Terrain in for 60k service and went to look at the used vehicles. I wound up leaving with a 2022 Terrain with a lot less miles. Chris at the used car dept worked with me and the finance dept to at the used vehicles. I wound up leaving with a 2022 Terrain with a lot less miles. Chris at the used car dept worked with me and the finance dept to keep my payments within my range. So I got an upgrade, great financing and a much newer Terrain with a lot less miles. Will definitely be back for my next one. More

Good and quick service, it did not take long. I had one major issue which was NOT resolved. A scratch/dent behind the tire of the driver passenger side. Because I live and work south Miami, it I had one major issue which was NOT resolved. A scratch/dent behind the tire of the driver passenger side. Because I live and work south Miami, it is ways away. I called several times and sent emails, to no response. I'll leave the service rep and manager nameless. Requesting to view footage, to see if it was made while being serviced. Disturbingly there were efforts made to conceal using color scratch fix. My color is dynamic blue metallic which not something you could buy a local store. That act of concealment was a great disappointment. More
