8am appointment for an oil change and I was out at 11:30. 3 and 1/2 hours is much longer than necessary. In addition, the complimentary car wash was skipped. They vacuumed the driver and passenger rugs, but 3 and 1/2 hours is much longer than necessary. In addition, the complimentary car wash was skipped.
