They did a hard inquiry on my credit for a car I was ready to buy, then they said it “had engine problems” but they kept that listing up which felt like a bait and switch. They didn’t even follow up with me, I was actually gonna give them another chance but it seems like they don’t know how to run a decent business. Wish I would’ve dug deeper into the reviews. All were filthy and not even cleaned out inside. It was such a bad experience we decided to use Facebook Marketplace so that we could buy through a private party that was prepared to sell us a car.
