We purchased our Camry in Oct of 25 from Deml. We had our first oil change recently in Rochester and they identified several major concerns so I called Dan and we set up an appointment. They were both very professional and customer focused. They reviewed the issues that were identified and reviewed them with me. They allowed me to go into the shop and review each issue and ask whatever questions I had. It was a very transparent and open process. The issues that were identified were not serious and did not require fixing at the immediate time. They saved us a lot of money! we did have the rear brakes done and they saved us over 150 dollars! Dan and Nate were so easy to work with and both very professional and knowledgeable! It was great working with those guys and their honesty was refreshing! Taking a vehicle in is never fun but I left very impressed with how they did business and the values both guys worked under! Thank you very much for your efforts and guidance!
