I bought my wife a brand new 2025 Telluride SX right off the truck, hadn't even been PDI'd, on November 14, 2024. After some discussion on price and options we agreed to a price. We did add a couple of dealer install option, rear bumper applique, side running boards, and a cargo cover. Because these were not in stock, they were ordered. A few days later we were advised the parts we in and to come in and have them installed, which we did. When we picked it up we found your service people installed the applique over a dirty bumper and even had the dirty finger prints of whoever installed it. I new one was supposed to be ordered and we were told that when it comes in you would contact us. Moreover, after a couple days of ownership, I stepped on a running board and found it was loose. Loose to the point I could move it up and down. So I checked the other side. While it appeared tight in the front, the back was loose. I figured I'd bring this to your service dept's attention when they contacted me about the replacement applique. That was November the 18th of last year. To date, we've not heard from your dealer. We even called and sent an email to your Sales Manager Joe San Nicolas, to no avail. It would appear that as soon as I gave you a check for $50K, not even credit, but real money, that we were no longer an important customer. I really don't understand this... but rest assured we learned from our mistake. More
