I bought my Kia from Kia of North Austin, and it was a completely smooth transaction. Subsequent service appointment have been similarly great. Service managers are personable and efficient. Repairs have been done completely and expeditiously. Services have been equally good. I have enjoyed every part of my association with this company and would return the next time I’m car shopping.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

WOW!! What a dealership!!! We found a pre-owed Fiat Convertible on line, and it was a perfect fit for us. We were looking for something to pull behind our Motorhome. So, here it goes... We spoke with Danny (salesman), and he was very helpful and friendly, so we set things up to drive to Waco from Dallas. The car was perfect, so we moved on to Travis in Finance and finished the deal. (less than an hour total) :) 6 hours after we left the dealership, the convertible top broke!!!! FEAR set in!! Used Car, As Is, No Warranty.. (you get the picture) Our fear was quickly swept away, as they directed us to Greenville Chrysler, but they were unable to repair it.. We agreed to take the car back to Waco, and that's when we met James in the Service Dept. (Nicest person you could ever want to know) They gave us a BRAND NEW car to drive while they looked into repairing out car. It took LOTS of research and work, but they repaired the top, and we LOVE the car!! People, wherever you live, consider University Mazda Kia for your next new or pre-owed car. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED.. A lot of people say "I drive a __________", but we say "We Drive A University, Mazda Kia" Customers For Life!! Jody & Walter

I visited University Kia for what should have been a simple oil change, but I left with serious concerns about the integrity of this dealership. While they claim to value a "sense of urgency," that energy is clearly reserved for harassing customers about sales, not for actually taking care of vehicles. Despite me explicitly stating I was not interested in purchasing a car—that I was only there for service—the sales pressure continued. When a customer says "no," that should be the end of it. It seems respect for boundaries is not part of their training. However, the most alarming part of my visit was a conversation with an employee. I was informed that there is a company vehicle with multiple serious issues, including two tires losing air, being 12,000 miles overdue for an oil change, a shattered windshield, and multiple dashboard warning lights illuminated. According to the employee, neither the Mazda nor Kia side of the business wanted to do anything about it. They allegedly refused to service or repair a Kia vehicle that is clearly a liability. This raises a terrifying question for anyone considering bringing their car here: If the dealership won't perform essential maintenance or safety repairs on a vehicle the dealership uses for everyday operations —a vehicle that is a danger to drive—why would they treat a paying customer's car any differently? If University Kia refuses to help a vehicle that is part of their own internal ecosystem, they have no interest in helping the public. I will be taking my business to a shop that actually believes in maintaining the Kia brand, not just collecting checks.
