Holly is an outstanding service agent who truly cares about the customer as she helped me with a recall notice on my 2024 Telluride. I always had a good experience, but last time I feel they didnt went that extra mile that I am used too from them. Usually I have a breakdown of what had done with recommendations and a free multi-point insp didnt went that extra mile that I am used too from them. Usually I have a breakdown of what had done with recommendations and a free multi-point inspection, but not last time. They also used too top off my wiper fluid if it was low not this last time. And I got there with a low pressure tire which they always check pressure of the tires and other thing in the multi point inspection well same, I drive out with the low pressure tire. Will see next time. Customer service is great but there some detail that if we are used too and we dont see our money get value there is when a customer like me that been going to Dennis Eakin Kia for service for year might have to start looking for a place that value my money. Harolyn was able to get our car in the morning after we called. After it was diagnosed as needing a new AC compressor, we were told that the part would be in the next day and service could be completed the called. After it was diagnosed as needing a new AC compressor, we were told that the part would be in the next day and service could be completed then. Harolyn arranged for a Lyft deiver to take me home, even though I live almost an hour away. The next day I received a text letting me know that the service was completed and that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Harolyn did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the process. Outstanding customer service at Dennis Eakins Kia. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for other dealerships to figure out how to treat customers well. More
