Dealing with Classic I have been a service customer for many years and have been a Jeep customer for longer than that. When looking for a new Grand Cherokee I looked at a number of Jeep dealers in the Metro-Plex. With many days of review, visits and looking at the options by price I did not go with the lowest price. I went with Classic. My contact Kent McKee was part of the decision process. His particular way of business was the way I like to be treated. His final actions swung the deal for Classis. "It's not our problem" level of customer service. Dealership worked hard to provide a great price, but that's all. When at dealership to sign paperwork, the dealership messed up the finance terms. This increased the monthly cost and reduced my mileage. That was the first problem. Once I drove the new Ram 1500 off the lot, it began to violently vibrate and make a extremely loud noise. After about 3 weeks in the shop of trying to figure it out, the dealership stated that Dodge Ram knew their trucks had this "malfunction" and stated a download would fix it. The dealership then said I needed to pick up my vehicle and continue to drive it until the download would be available, which was a month away. They would not continue to provide me with a loaner until the fix and basically told me it's not our fault. I bought a malfunctioning truck, and they are not willing to provide a "non-malfunctioning" vehicle until my brand new truck is fixed. I do not recommend using this dealership as they are one that continues the typical car sales experience of do whatever it takes to sell a vehicle, but who cares about them once they buy one. More

Best Buying Experience Ever with Matt Miller We went into Classic to get a brochure for the 2019 Pacifica and walked out owning a one. We've been driving Chrysler vehicles for the past 30 years, We went into Classic to get a brochure for the 2019 Pacifica and walked out owning a one. We've been driving Chrysler vehicles for the past 30 years, with our recent Chrysler vehicles being a 2017 Pacifica, a 2008 Town & Country, a 2006 Pacifica, and a 1995 Grand Voyager. Our past 3 purchases had been from the Chrysler dealer in Elgin, IL. Last year we moved to Corinth and started getting our 2017 Pacifica serviced at Classic. Because of the excellent service we've received we decided to look into buying a new Pacifica with all of the safety features. Working with sales associate Matt Miller was a most pleasurable experience. He quickly understood what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and was able to easily satisfy our needs. We look forward to a continuing relationship with Matt and the other great people at Classic. We highly recommend seeing Matt if you are looking for a new vehicle. More
Loud booming in truck i was able to work with general manager to achieve a quick resolution to a problem with my truck. The problem appears to be quickly solved by a quick i was able to work with general manager to achieve a quick resolution to a problem with my truck. The problem appears to be quickly solved by a quick software update to the noise canceling software in the truck. The process was painless as it should be one the general manager was involved.
