I requested and out the door price and was surprised to get a fair offer from the beginning. I accepted the offer and the manager Jeffery (Jeff) and Salesman Paul were outstanding to work with. The finance manager "Mani" made it so easy that I was looking for an hiccups in closing the deal however, I didn't find one. My truck (which is less than a year old) battery died. This is covered by the warranty. Called dealer late morning and asked if I brought in the truck that afternoon would they be able to replace same day This is covered by the warranty. They person said yes they had an open appointment and they could get it taken care of in 45mins to an hour. I drive up to denton. Check in and again ask the rep if they will be able to get this all done in 45 min to 1 hour and I would be able to take the truck home that night. The rep confirmed yes they would get it done and I could text her. I leave the truck with them and head over to run a couple of errands. At the hour mark. I have heard nothing. I text no response. I call on hold for 30 mins. I arrive at dealer my truck is parked in the same spot unlocked. I find a guy who says he can't help he was supposed to be off an hour ago and found another guy who said he would help me after another customer 30 mins later I go and find a technician and ask if he can help. He then goes to find out what is happening. The guy who didn't help me originally now is trying to figure out what is going on. So needless to say they put in a new battery and 4 hours later I was driving away. With a new battery. This is customer service today. Poor at best. Even the simplest task is too difficult. More
They had my car for four business days to replace theeft terminal on the battery. In addition, the ventilation hose was loose when they returned it. For two days there was poor communication.
