Going the extra mile!!! I initially came to Classic Dodge to view the 2019 Dodge Ram. He took my contact information and told me that he would reach out to me with any updates. A couple of weeks later, I returned to the dealership where I purchased my 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie. That dealership refused to budge on the sticker price and offered a low appraisal on my trade. The following week, I was contacted by Tim. I explained my experience with the other dealership. He said to come in, he was sure he could earn my business. The Sales Manager, Charlie Nunley and the Finance Manager, Joe Ballard worked diligently to close the deal. For "Going the extra mile", Classic has earned a new customer!!! Job well done!!! More
