Had to call twice to get an appointment. I received confirmation. On the day of my appointment the service advisor said that I didn't have an appointment. He said would I like to leave my ve I received confirmation. On the day of my appointment the service advisor said that I didn't have an appointment. He said would I like to leave my vehicle? I replied that the advisor that I spoke with said that it would not take long and that I could wait. 2 1/2 hours later I got my truck. 2 recalls fixed (computer update and check the tailgate latch) and state inspection. Totally disorganized. More
