Dj sold me a lemon. Don Stearns seemed liked he cared and wanted to help, he really didn’t. When asked what was wrong with the car he got huffy and puffy with me. Got me Don Stearns seemed liked he cared and wanted to help, he really didn’t. When asked what was wrong with the car he got huffy and puffy with me. Got me another car that Miraculously appeared when he just told me didn’t have nothing for me. I have always done my business with them. This is by far the worst Customer service I have ever experienced at this dealership I will not ever step back in this dealership again. Considering he told me he’d been there for 15+ years and he doesn’t treat customers or this business. That way that should be a different side of him when he treated me and my mother like garbage. I am stuck with the car I really didn’t want just for the simple fact I just don’t wanna go back to them and deal with him ever again More
February 24, 2025 110am: took my 2020 ram 3500 for oil and fuel filter change. They checked the air intake filter and left air box screws and band clamp loose. Have had an excellent experience so far. It took us a little time to make our decision on what to buy and they were patient and accommodating to our needs. I'll use an email I sent the dealers GM on Saturday, which is a business day for this dealer. It's now Tuesday and no response. The email includes everything I told the dealers service department on Fri which is a business day for this dealer. It's now Tuesday and no response. The email includes everything I told the dealers service department on Friday, as well as their attempt to gaslight me into believing they'd done nothing wrong. At the end of January I dropped off my new-to-me but used, 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It had a lot of valvetrain noise, a headlight with condensation, and tires nearing end of life. Ultimately the valvetrain noise was diagnosed as bad lifters and/or rockers, and all were replaced. The headlamp was replaced. All under warranty. I paid for four tires and a 4W alignment. I picked up the vehicle Tuesday night (the 18th) when temperatures were in the teens and the doors were frozen shut with sheet ice. After warming the vehicle via remote start so I could open the door I got in and noted that the drivetrain was still quite loud, but less ticking just tapping. On the drive home I noted that under any acceleration the engine was measurably louder than before. Power under acceleration was measurably improved as well, so it seemed to me the lifters were definitely an issue. Thanks for taking care of that. Due to weather and schedules I didn't look under the hood until Friday. When I popped the hood I noted that the engine cover/shroud was absent, as well as the threaded female mounting points for it. I also noted that the wiring harness on the passenger side of the engine was loose and not reinstalled/reattached to the factory mounting points. One of those points doubles as the method of securing a hard metal coolant line which is now resting on a larger coolant line hose and can move freely enough to chafe and damage the larger hose over time. I'm not really upset about that, just disappointed. I assumed your dealership would jump on it to make it right, and that's where I'm upset. I had to call three times and sit on hold until I either was hung up on without an answer or I got to someone not part of the service team. The first person I got a hold of was friendly, apologetic, and said I'd get a call right back after they find someone in service. After an hour and a half I called two more times, the first getting hung up on again, only to ultimately be answered by the scheduler. He was friendly but all he could do was try to find someone in service (he could not) and then schedule me for this morning. I did, about half an hour after that, get a call from my service advisor. He's a nice guy and I hope I don't get him in trouble, but he tried to tell me that my vehicle did not come with an engine cover. Not only that, he is in possession of and later admitted he was in possession of the videos of the valvetrain noise I sent him, both of which show the engine cover. I don't expect him to remember every car that comes in, but I do expect him to not push back on an obvious truth. I hope he was just misled by someone else, and that you can find opportunities to improve other customers' experiences by getting to the root of it. Even though I suspected the parts would not be available, I came in for the appointment to talk to my service advisor and show him the issues I described above. I also returned a tool the technician left under my hood, because that's the right thing to do. I'm now asking for your help making sure the right thing is done for me in return. More
