Charlie Nunley, the sales manager was very helpful in ensuring a smooth coordination between all departments. Most of the work was done online or over the phone. I was able to go to the dealership, sign the paperwork and leave in my new Jeep in just over an hour with no haggling. Bought a 50k used truck for them only to be treated like they did me a favor by selling me the truck. Then I noticed that there was a mechanical issue less then 24hrs after leaving. I also asked for information about some the features on the truck. The email I received was that “I need to take to dealer service. It is covered under warranty.” Ok I guess you made the sell that’s all you care about. Talked to my salesman who asked the general manager about my question. Manager told he didn’t know that i needed to call the 1-800 number. Still no help with the features went to the service department which was great at helping me. More
