Excellent service This dealership is the only one that have service my car since I purchased it. Odd Behavior We attempted to negotiate with these guys, but I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing. We were trying to buy a CX-5, but the salesman w We attempted to negotiate with these guys, but I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing. We were trying to buy a CX-5, but the salesman wrote up a price for a Mazda 6 (?!?!). Then when we got down to the right vehicle, we made an offer. It was rejected. We came up some more. It was rejected. (We were only $1800 under MSRP on a $29K vehicle.) We would have come up a bit more, but the salesman simply cut us off and said, "Look, it looks like we're not going to be able to make a deal here. Sorry. Have a nice weekend." We left puzzled. No counteroffer? No budging at all? Where was the manager? Can't figure out if this is just a botched sales job of if they really do want full MSRP and won't give a nickel. Odd behavior for a car dealership. More
