Ease of appointments with callbacks; explanation of work required and then done; suggestions for better daily car care; ease and affordability with necessary car rentals. Chris Stolp did a stellar job during my last appointment. My Tribute has extended it's life with quality mechanical and customer service. They paid the difference out of there own pocket because it was the right thing to do. A year later MAZDA USA sent a letter out providing a lifetime warranty on my exact issue. Because of the honorable way the expenses was covered my next purchase of a 2014 Mazda 3 there was no doubt who would get my business. They have earned my loyalty for a long long time. More
