I experienced terrible customer service at Dependable Dodge. They refused to honor warranty work and told me to take them to court if I didn't like it. My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan is a worthless piece of junk that has had more trouble inluding brake failure, air conditioner failure, electric window failure and three recalls to date. I would not recommend this vehicle or Dependable Dodge to anyone. More

I've bought 3 trucks here - a 1995 V-10 dually, a 2004 Hemi Durango and a 2005 Cummins dually. No messing around with price on the last two. (The first one was through the VIP program and the price was Hemi Durango and a 2005 Cummins dually. No messing around with price on the last two. (The first one was through the VIP program and the price was already set.) I was treated with respect and given a great price on the last 2 transactions. The sales staff is knowledgeable. The finance people are pretty good, but it's best to have alternate financing available to encourage them to beat it. Service has been excellent, and my experience now stretches back over 10 years. This is the place to go if you want a Dodge or to have one serviced. More
