Adam (salesman) was easy to deal with, but he lacked in-depth knowledge of Jeep products - didn't know that a Mohave Gladiator doesn't have electronic sway bar disconnect (only Rubicon option). The real in-depth knowledge of Jeep products - didn't know that a Mohave Gladiator doesn't have electronic sway bar disconnect (only Rubicon option). The real gem here though was Chuck (sales manager). From talking over Adam, to giving me $5k less trade-in value than I ended up getting from another dealership and many other offers, to not applying the trade-in price to reduce the sales tax, to talking down to my wife. This guy is a real piece of work and is single-handedly the reason that I walked and will never go back to Desert 215. Shady management, trying to rip off customersthis is the type of place that gives car salesman and dealerships a bad name. More

2.5 hours for oil change. I was ok with that. 120.00 for that service plus a 33.00 engine protector i didn't ask for. Because of wait they discounted 15%, fine. I get in my 4 runner smelled like some type of chemical cleaner, 2 days for it to go away. My seat pulled up so far I couldn't get into it. Simply no attention to anything. Horrible experience!!!! Cassidy behind the counter was very very nice! Ill go back to Findlay Toyota at auto mall. Much more of a drive but worth it and less money. One more thing ,they survey me I opt for service manager call back 3 days ago.....CRICKETS.. BTW no one in the showroom purchasing wonder why. More
