Super sleazy sales tactics! ! I brought my Jeep in for service and was immediately texted an offer to appraise it. When I accepted, that is when my entire day was wasted. I wa ! I was interested in two vehicles that qualified for 0% financing, but every question I asked got vague or partial answers. Instead, I was met with "come in, and we will figure it out" all day. My car was in their service center, so I was stuck at home! When I insisted on firm numbers (nothing unreasonable...out-the-door price on the car, exact trade amount on my Jeep, etc), the sales guy was evasive all day until my Jeep was finally ready to be picked up 8 hours later. That is when he finally came back with numbers, but they were more than double the cost of the cars I was looking at. At first I thought he might have misunderstood and that I wanted both cars, but even then his math was not mathing. And he doubled down on insisting his numbers were correct...that a 30k car financed at 0% for 36 months WITH my trade comes to 2k a month. And when I called him on it, he "talked to his manager," and it suddenly became $961 a month, but the numbers were still higher than advertised and lower than promised on my trade-in. I thought car sales became more civilized in recent decades, but not at Desert 215 Superstore. Be ready to have your intelligence insulted and your time wasted. Or maybe you enjoy haggling? If so, go for it! Thank goodness I never went in person. And by the way, the cost to replace two batteries and a blown fuse on my Jeep was over $1700. Yes, I know, I WAY overpaid. This whole experience was icky. Anyone have a recommendation for a good mechanic, lol??? More

Adam (salesman) was easy to deal with, but he lacked in-depth knowledge of Jeep products - didn't know that a Mohave Gladiator doesn't have electronic sway bar disconnect (only Rubicon option). The real gem here though was Chuck (sales manager). From talking over Adam, to giving me $5k less trade-in value than I ended up getting from another dealership and many other offers, to not applying the trade-in price to reduce the sales tax, to talking down to my wife. This guy is a real piece of work and is single-handedly the reason that I walked and will never go back to Desert 215. Shady management, trying to rip off customersthis is the type of place that gives car salesman and dealerships a bad name. More
