I am 76 years old, have owned a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of car dealers and service departments. This is the worst service department of all time. It is impossible to ask a question of the service department in advance of showing up. "Appointments" are a time to show up and get in line. For my first service experience, when I checked in, the young woman behind the counter was rude, arrogant, uncooperative, threatened to deny service and, so far as i could tell, was not very bright and had no concept of a customer. It was so bad that I did not receive a satisfaction survey from the manufacturer. I'm wring this review while on hold (51 minutes before I as disconnected) to ask a simple question about the upcoming service. If I had not fallen for the "discounted" prepaid service contract, I would NEVER to this dealer for ANYTHING. More

Service department is a struggle. Not happy with my recent visit. Was actively working with this dealer on a purchase. Had secured financing and sent it over to them. They went back to their finance and suddenly the car was sold. Best guess is they wanted to make more money off their own finance offerings. They claimed it’s because I didn’t put down a deposit. But as I was actively talking to the sales rep about payment selection I didn’t realize a deposit was required. If you actually care about buying the car you are working in and not wasting hours of time and a hard credit pull avoid this dealer. More
