I have a new 2021 RAV4 purchased in California, but I am going to be living in Tucson. I have been in twice with a potential warrantee issue. Both times, I have been put off and placed in an appointment wit going to be living in Tucson. I have been in twice with a potential warrantee issue. Both times, I have been put off and placed in an appointment with a long waiting time for attention for the potentially unsafe conditions. Both times the service people were surely and offered no real advice as to how I might quickly solve the problem. No one was interested in helping me navigate the console. Since there are two dealers in Tucson, I will be doing all of my service with Precision Toyota for the foreseeable future. My experience with Precision Toyota has been exemplary and would recommend that dealership far above and beyond Desert Toyota. More
