Went to Desert Toyota on October 7th to cancel a Vehicle Service Agreement, submitted cancellation form and was told there was nothing further I needed to do. Six weeks later, refund still not credited to Service Agreement, submitted cancellation form and was told there was nothing further I needed to do. Six weeks later, refund still not credited to my account. Called Toyota Financial Services and was told refund was issued on October 21st but was sent to Desert Toyota not credited to my loan. Called and spoke to financial manager named Mike, extremely nice and helpful, verified that the agreement was canceled and verified that there was an error on the part of the dealership and that it was processed incorrectly. He apologized and said the refund should be credited to my loan in a few days. Five days later, still no credit to my account. I did my part when is Desert Toyota going to do their part and fix their error? More
