He went the extra mile to find out my needs for a vehicle and did not try up sell or sell me something I did not need. He is very honest and upfront about the cars and features. He made me feel like his top priority was making sure I was truly satisfied with vehicle not just making the sale. I had to go back! At the beginning of June I purchased a 2017 Sienna. Absolutely fantastic experience, so much so that I went back last week and purchased a 2017 Camry. I had a different salesperson this time around named Armando. He was fantastic as well which leads me to believe that if all their salespeople are trained in the same manner, it doesn't matter who helps you, you are in for a treat. Both Armando (Camry) and Justin (Sienna) did a fantastic job. The dealership is clean, modern and the service area is top notch, they have a comfortable waiting area along with a snackbar. Again I wish to personally thank Mr. Betancourt, Garrett, Kindra and Armando. Thanks again for making me and my family feel as part of the Desert Toyota Family. I am a customer for life! More

Double Trouble My issue was with my service and how was treated. Every time I had appointment Kyle would act like he wasn't happy to see me and I would have to wait My issue was with my service and how was treated. Every time I had appointment Kyle would act like he wasn't happy to see me and I would have to wait for 3 hours for any service. I went in for an unclogg drained and my cabin filter went missing. And on a tire rotation on my truck I was missing weight and steering wheel wobbled. Kindra from customer relations isn't helpful. Brian head of services is arrogant and Bob GM is supportive of all the madness and chaos at this place. I will never purchase another vehicle or do any services at this location and I'm a registered nurse and everyone I come in contact with coworker or patient will be warned about this place More

Desert Toyota Terry has kept our 2011 Prius in tip top condition. We sold our 2007 Prius a few years ago and recommended that the buyer (Laurie) continue servicing Terry has kept our 2011 Prius in tip top condition. We sold our 2007 Prius a few years ago and recommended that the buyer (Laurie) continue servicing the car at Desert Toyota and told her to contact Terry with any mechanical questions about the vehicle. She was reluctant at first because she thought it would be to expensive.....it is our understanding that she continues to service her car at Desert Toyota. BTW...the popcorn machine is a plus! More

I bought another car, 3 years old, and had quite the opposite experience with it than I had with my Sable. After being in the shop 3 times within 8 months I had enough. I started shopping for another car with a friend and our second, and last stop was Desert Toyota. Gilbert Suarez and Freddy Solano were very patient and helped me find the perfect car! They were good listeners and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. The finance person was also awesome! I am sooooo happy with my Toyota Corolla! I can drive it with confidence and I am getting 30 miles/gallon :-) With my round trip daily commute to/from work being approx 25 miles, this is a super saver! Thank you so much Gilbert and Freddy! He was personable and knowledgeable of all of the various Toyota models. I knew which vehicle I was interested in prior to visiting the dealer. I did not intend to purchase immediately but because of the salesman and his ability to locate exactly what I wanted at what I feel is a good price I purchased immediately. The dealer has called me twice already to find out if I am happy with the car and to offer any assistance I might need immediately or in the future. I would certainly recommend Desert Toyota to others interested in purchasing a new Toyota in Tucson, AZ or it's vicinity. More

New Car Purchase Salesman was good to negotiate with but I had ordered the new car on a Saturday and set up a time and date to pick it up. 4 days later due to holiday.
