Everyone that I dealt with in the service section was professional, friendly, and earnest in trying to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Nicole went and got my Tacoma from Phoenix. vehicle was at tucson in less than 24 hrs. after the purchase; Nicole got my car cleaned, walked me through the car's specs, made the necessary steps to make sure my phone inf was loaded in the car's electronics, took me in a drive test before signing my financial docs. She and Greg were vary patience with my Husband. ( my husband is something special when buying a car) I would recomend everybody to visit TOYOTA DESERT in their next Vehicle purchase. More

Fast, Friendly Service Visited Desert Toyota on a Monday. Scheduled the appointment the week before for warranty work to my 2008 Scion tC for the hatch handle assembly. Walk Visited Desert Toyota on a Monday. Scheduled the appointment the week before for warranty work to my 2008 Scion tC for the hatch handle assembly. Walked in and was greeted right away by Antonio. Was given an estimated time of 30 minutes for the work to be completed. During the wait, I enjoyed the cool lounge with comfortable chairs, drinks, snacks and a large TV to help pass the time. The wait only ended up being about 20 minutes. The service was fast and friendly. Thanks Desert Toyota for a wonderful experience :) More

Very professional, she knew every minute detail and fact about the Toyota Prius V and could answer all our questions without hesitation. She was also quick to ensure our comfort with her honest, friendly demeanor and repeated offers of beverages in the hot Tucson weather. My wife, Nancy, and I found the perfect Prius V for us, and are very happy with our purchase. The car had just recently arrived at the dealer, and some of the dealer-installed items (window tinting and door guards} had not been done. But this was corrected the next day while I waited. Nicole has followed up several times to make sure we are happy with our new Prius. We are!! I highly recommend this dealership. More
