attempt at service and sales poor I have tried to buy three vehicles and each time a horrible experience on sales with bad information given. The last attempt on a 2013 Corolla they I have tried to buy three vehicles and each time a horrible experience on sales with bad information given. The last attempt on a 2013 Corolla they would not give me a simple price on a clean cash purchase. They kept saying they would give me a price and they never did. I went to Precision and bought one there. I bought a new Tundra last year and received a recall notice and called them since they are closer than Precision. I was told an adviser would call me in two hours and I never got a call back after two weeks.I sent an email to the GM but he never called me back. I wrote to Toyota USA and finally got a short call from Desert and it was worthless. I had the problem fixed before. Next Toyota that I will not buy from them but I might test drive one there since they are much closer than any other dealer. Since 2006 I have purchased three new Toyotas but never from them. In last 10 months between friends and myself we have bought three new Tundras and a FJ Cruiser. They do not want my business and they will not get it. More

I called to schedule an appointment and was told the first weekend appointment available was two weeks out. Made my appointment and arrived expecting my truck to be worked on. My “service adviser” wasn't even there on the day they scheduled me. One of the two “advisers” there was too busy sipping on a soda to help me. The other “adviser” was busy for about 10 minutes and when he finally was available called me up to ask why I was there. I informed him I just needed a new key programmed for my vehicle. His response was they were too busy to do that today. What’s the point to making an appointment with the service department? Very disappointed. I will tell everyone I know how bad this service department is. More
