Fast, Friendly Service Visited Desert Toyota on a Monday. Scheduled the appointment the week before for warranty work to my 2008 Scion tC for the hatch handle assembly. Walk Visited Desert Toyota on a Monday. Scheduled the appointment the week before for warranty work to my 2008 Scion tC for the hatch handle assembly. Walked in and was greeted right away by Antonio. Was given an estimated time of 30 minutes for the work to be completed. During the wait, I enjoyed the cool lounge with comfortable chairs, drinks, snacks and a large TV to help pass the time. The wait only ended up being about 20 minutes. The service was fast and friendly. Thanks Desert Toyota for a wonderful experience :) More

Lack of Service Don’t go to this (lack of) Service Department! I called to schedule an appointment and was told the first weekend appointment available was two weeks Don’t go to this (lack of) Service Department! I called to schedule an appointment and was told the first weekend appointment available was two weeks out. Made my appointment and arrived expecting my truck to be worked on. My “service adviser” wasn't even there on the day they scheduled me. One of the two “advisers” there was too busy sipping on a soda to help me. The other “adviser” was busy for about 10 minutes and when he finally was available called me up to ask why I was there. I informed him I just needed a new key programmed for my vehicle. His response was they were too busy to do that today. What’s the point to making an appointment with the service department? Very disappointed. I will tell everyone I know how bad this service department is. More

Dennis has always demonstrated a friendly demeanor and exemplary professionalism since I met him in 2006. When i had my Toyota 4 Runner , Toyota Spyder and now Toyota Venza he has always made me feel welcome and worked with me in getting me the best deal within my budget. More
