Took two full days to calibrate my windshield, was charged 4.5 hours for this work and NO parts were needed. Did not matter that I called for an appointment . They said they other job to work on. More

This customer had a new windshield improperly installed by an after-market company. On average, it normally takes approximately 6 hours to do the job of calibrating a new windshield. The customer was told, up front, that we were backed up with other customers and that we would get to their vehicle in-turn. We serviced the customer's vehicle at the first opportunity and only charged 4.5 hours to do the job. We did not install the customer's glass. We did not knock it out of alignment. All we did was rectify the problem as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. We did our best to help them. There was nothing more we could have done. You're welcome!!!
