Two great buys !! My last two vehicle purchases have been as hassle free as possible. I spoke with Clint Slaggy last year when I put out a search for a Mustang converti My last two vehicle purchases have been as hassle free as possible. I spoke with Clint Slaggy last year when I put out a search for a Mustang convertible for my wife. She HAD to have a v8 with a 6 speed manual convertible. Clint called me the day a nice Mustang trade came in. We went over that night and bought it. I also told Clint I would be looking for a nice used F-150 the following year or so. LOw and behold I get a text that he has the right F-150 for me. And it was. Clint and the sales/service people at Desoto Auto Mall have been upfront, honest and found the best deals for me. More

I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them with honesty and concern. The sales process was quick and thorough; something that nobody is used to when purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. When I left the dealer with my truck, I made it about a mile down the road and the check engine light came on. I called Chris and he told me to bring the truck back immediately to the service department so that the problem could be assessed. It was determined that the O2 sensor was bad and needed replacement. I was scheduled to come back in roughly 3 weeks when the back ordered part arrived. When I arrived for the repair, Chris had set up a loaner car for me so that I could run some errands while the truck was being serviced. Two in a half hours later, I was back on the road. No problems at all!! More
