I want to apologize on the behalf of myself and the dealership for your dissatisfaction this was not intended. Also the day you called me it slipped my mind on the paper work once again I apologize I was the only manager there at that time. Your satisfaction is important to me and I want to make sure you were well taken care of. Mr frost please don't think you had been taken advantage of. It was a mistake in the rebates that you were short $250 for the veteran discount we would never disrespect a Veteran especially me I am one myself and we do not do that to each other. It was misplaced but was suppose to be scheduled, as you remember I am the one that reminded Steve about the rebate for veteran soldiers. There is no way by the way we can steal rebates from Ford or the customer, this mistake would have caught the attention to Ford anyway we have to submit those in. I heard Steve has talked to you and I hope the issue is resolved if not please let us know. As I said I apologize from the bottom of my heart and I hope you can give us a better review.
