Dealership refused to fix issues and trying to communicate with finance , sales and management was next to impossible . If it was possible to give them less than a one star I would . My husband recently bought a car from this dealership, and it has been a complete nightmare from day one. The car was not as advertised, arrived with a dent, and was missing the air compressor it claimed to include. We’ve had issue after issue ever since. They were responsible for issuing the license plate, and it took forever. We barely drove the car and immediately noticed more problems: The starter button was delayed, the windshield wiper fluid sprayer doesn’t work at all, and just three weeks after purchase, the check engine light came on. A trusted mechanic confirmed transmission issues and said the battery needed replacement, explaining the starter issue. This is not just bad luck, it’s clear the car was sold to us in defective condition. Even the mechanic we took it to said we should complain about being sold a lemon. To make things worse, the “forever warranty” that they constantly bring up covers very little. We attempted to reach out to the dealership to find a solution, and guess what? They GHOSTED us. The sales rep, MAURICIO, completely disappeared and showed zero accountability. The finance person and sales team were eager and quick when it came to closing the deal, but as soon as we needed help, SILENCE! The most shocking part? After my husband signed the financing agreement under a specific monthly payment, they sent him a new contract AFTER signing, claiming the bank required higher monthly payments. Completely MISLEADING and UNETHICAL! We are now out $1,800 for repairs on a car we’ve barely used — while still making loan and insurance payments. When we finally spoke to the GM, all he agreed to help out with was the bad battery. He quickly retracted that offer when we asked for all relevant documents to be sent to us. They pulled a classic yo yo financing scam on us and all we wanted to do was speak to someone about our options. This was apparently too much for the GM so he won't even help with the battery now. There has been no accountability and NO HELP at all. This dealership lacks customer service, integrity, and basic respect for its customers. We are now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing legal counsel for consumer protection. We are also requesting full documentation of the transaction. If you’re thinking of buying a car here, DON’T. If something goes wrong with your vehicle, you will be completely on your own. This dealership will ignore you, avoid responsibility, and leave you with a defective car and a financial burden. Please, do yourself a favor and take your business to another local dealer. More
This place has been the most frustrating dealership I've ever dealt with. I was sold a car and told it had been inspected and was good to go. After taking possession of the car their finance manager destiny pulled a yo yo financing scam on me and changed the financing terms on me. So I was faced with signing a new contract with higher monthly payments or send the car back. After feeling pressured to accept the new terms I agreed. I noticed on day one that there was something wrong with the starter. After driving for a few days I noticed something was up with the transmission as well. After that, I realized the windshield wiper sprayer didn't work either. Finally I figured out that there was no tire inflator kit included despite being listed as included. . They were so late getting me my plates that the temporary plate had expired. I have been trying to get help with this situation for over 2 months with almost no help whatsoever. Most of my emails are ignored and when they do reply they lie to me then ignore me again. I was told several times the tire inflator kit would be sent and it never was, they said they would forward my complaints to the GM and he would reach out to me, he never did. So now I have a car that I can't drive and silence from this dealership. Buyer beware, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else unless you want to take the chance of living the same nightmare I am currently in. They have refused to cover the repairs and the only consolation I got was we will buy a new battery. Even that was taken off the table when I asked to be sent all relevant paper work on this particular sale. The GM took offense when I said I would need to speak to someone else about their deceptive tactics. Also beware of their financing schemes and if they change your terms just tell them to take the car back. Don’t end up like me and have to owe $1,800 in repair cost because they won’t help you out. Finally do not do business with the salesman Mauricio. He will lie to you and once the sales complete he will not answer any further questions and pretend like you don’t exist. Run if he shows up!! He is the worst salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my life! More

I just purchased my new 2022 Ford Explorer from Destination Ford. I found the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted and then some.
