We were very satisfied with our salesperson the sales manager and the finance manager while we were on site. Communication between the time we put down our deposit and the day we picked up the car was no manager and the finance manager while we were on site. Communication between the time we put down our deposit and the day we picked up the car was not good. We had to make several calls to get details on our financing and to finalize our insurance coverage. Also there were many delays during our first visit, some of which were due to covid. The sales staff were cleaning the cars while we waited. Seems like other staff could be doing this cleaning. Our sales person is not listed below. More
