Airbag recall service scam Asked by Nissan to bring my 370Z in to have passenger air bag changed although not a recall. They wanted to inspect It. When I was driving home after service, I noted the airbag warning light was on. I called the service rep Dustin the next business day. Without hesitation, he told me the light was on before I brought the car in. I told him this was not true and he immediately responded that it was nothing to do with the airbag recall. I told him it no uncertain terms he was an idiot for thinking that. I brought the car back and told them to reset the warning light. When Dustin called, he told me that they did a diagnostic which showed it was not related to the recall and they would ‘only’ charge me for an hour. I told them not to touch anything and I didn’t authorize a repair. He said that it was already done and unless I paid they wouldn’t release my car. After several discussions with Nissan corporate, I retrieved my car. They charged $125 to perform a reset that requires the tech to turn the car on for 7 sec and off for 2 sec then repeat 2 more times. A total of 30 seconds for which they charged $125 for something that they should have done when replacing the airbag. They have apparently done this on others when I checked the BBB and Yelp reviews. More

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the car wasn’t really clean when we got it. The front tires were caked with Mud on the inside. 4 car washes later I’m still trying to scrub the rims. Also they didn’t include car mats or a trunk mat. We previously had a Maxima and were able to take those mats but with a brand new car I feel as if the attention of detail was missing. More
April 2019 Service personnel were very nice and professional. Also, Bob the gentleman that drove me and picked me up from work was great. My Rogue was repaired, but three service calls since I got my car in September is a little much. Especially, since it was for the same issue. I feel that the sensor should have been replaced at the previous time the car was given 2 updates. More
Professional Walked into dealership for a scheduled appointment and was greeted immediately by Mark who told me Sandy was not in today and he would be helping me. Asked what I was looking for and went and got me a vehicle to test drive. I decided I like the model in the show room instead and he graciously went and got that model for me to test drive. All the time he was helping another customer but he was still very attentive to me. I ended up buying the car in the showroom. The process was easy and very relaxing. I would recommend Mark and Destination Nissan to everyone!!!! Good Job Mark More
