Although the process took a full 8 hour day, everything was done for us- inspection, transfer of license plate, temporary registration, informing our insurance broker, moving our E-Z pass, everything! We love the car, and feel we got a very good deal on it. But the service we received made all the difference, and for that I credit Mr. Ketter. More

Oil, Change, Rear Brakes and Lift Gate Repair Steve did a nicejob explaining what the work was and he kept me well informed on how much longer the work would take.
