I have dealt with this dealership for eight years. I have dealt with Mark over most of those years. I drive 2 hours from where I live. It is worth it to maintain my relationship with this dealership and with Mark. Three years out and yet full familiarity in the greeting from Mark. Just for that I was very likely to make a commitment at that point while letting the full encounter play out. An old-fashioned way of doing business from all sides. Complete, comprehensive attention, explanations and clarification from all involved-Mark, Adam and Brendon. I came ready to fulfill the end of lease requirements and then to begin the negotiations toward a new vehicle for next month. I arrived with the old vehicle and left with the new one on the same day.
