Sales was fine, service subpar. Bought a car on a Monday after chatting with Mark in sales over the weekend. Had a good buying experience. Got a nice certified pre-owned for an OK price (not great, but not a rip off). Was informed the next day that the car never actually finished it's certification process, which was a little concerning but I got 4 new tires which I hadn't anticipated in the initial purchase so I wasn't too upset. Within a couple days of purchasing (Saturday) the driver's side exterior door handle fell apart, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday (one week from purchase) to have it fixed. I dropped the car off and apparently they didn't have a door handle so I had to leave the car overnight. I finally got it home Wednesday evening and realized that they had put the wrong color door handle on. Also, the interior trim was loose and wouldn't lock into place, the rubber seals around the trim were crimped and out of place, and I noticed they had never put one of the valve stem caps on the tire when they certified it. I also noticed that the State inspection was for a month prior to when I bought the car which is concerning since they certified the car even after I bought it. I called back and they told me someone would call me the next day to sort out details and arrange that someone would pick the car up from me at work on Friday. All of Thursday passed and no one called me, so I called Friday and they told me they had never received my phone call making any of these arrangements and that I'd then have to wait until the following Tuesday to bring my car back. I brought the car back on Tuesday and they said they'd fix the door handle, the trim, and the valve stem cap and send a shuttle to pick me up from work at 4:30. At around lunch time they called me and told me that the car was done, but that the shuttle didn't run until 4:30 which essentially left me stranded. I was fortunate that one of my co-workers was willing to go out of the way to drop me off. When I got there, the door handle was the right color, but the trim was still loose, the rubber seal was no longer crimped but was still out of place, and they hadn't put the valve stem cap on the tire. I prompted them about the cap and they put one on but it is a completely different style and color than the other caps, so still entirely different than from when I bought the car. I gave up and just took the car home. It still isn't in the condition I bought it in and it had only been two weeks since I bought it, ando 4 separate trips to the dealership to get what I paid for and am still owed. I called Nissan Corporate and they said it was possible that I could be reimbursed if I bring the car to a different Nissan dealership to have these errors corrected but that even though it should all still be under warranty there's no guarantees that I won't be charged various diagnosis fees for going to another dealership. I'm debating what to do next, but honestly, I probably won't bring it back and will get my future warranty related issues handled by another dealership. All that said, the service rep was nice and seemed apologetic but the lack of quality workmanship and care towards what I consider my very expensive property left a bad taste in mouth. I really did enjoy my experience with Sales, Mark was great and I liked him a lot. I even ran into an old co-worker who now works there while making the purchase and he was very friendly and it helped make the experience feel welcoming. It makes it a mixed bag for me, so I can't suggest the place one way or another. Overall disappointed and a bit aggravated but I'd put that on Service just not being careful or fully attentive and not on Sales at all. I feel bad, since I know the guys in Service were busy and I know they have a hard job. My Dad was a mechanic for 40 years. I understand mistakes, but it just honestly wasn't a good experience for me. The review forces me to choose, so I'd have to say I don't recommend it. I'll still suggest Mark as a sales rep in the future, but might tell my friends to just take the risk or get any service done at a different dealer. Maybe I just got unlucky. More

After a brief review of my purchase vs lease choices, he was able to present to me a extremely favorable deal. he then introduced me to Abbassa Moosad who quickly went over the final contract while Nnanna prepared the car for me. Once again Nnanna went over the vehicle with me and answered all my questions. I was very impressed at how quickly and simple the whole transaction was. I drove out with the new vehicle feeling confident that everyone had done their job to the fullest to get me the vehicle I wanted. Thank you More
