One sit down with the manger and we had a bottom line price and trade we could both accept. It was one of my the easiest and quick experience in buy a car. I'm 69 year old and had some bad experiences in my passed. The day I picked up the vehicle was also quick and friendly. The salesman had my vehicle ready and explained all the inns and out of the vehicle. Also gave me a tour of the customer service department and introduced me to the service manager. More

Superior Customer Service! I can't even put into words how amazing my experience was at Destination Nissan. I worked with Robert White and he went above and beyond in so many mo I can't even put into words how amazing my experience was at Destination Nissan. I worked with Robert White and he went above and beyond in so many more ways than one. The dealership is an hour and fifteen minutes from my house and during our initial phone conversation I told him I wanted all the numbers up front and don't wish to be surprised that I wasn't able to be financed or the numbers changed when I got there. Robert kept in touch with me throughout the week and never left me hanging. He got me into the vehicle I wanted, broke down all the numbers, answered every question I had, provided photos of the vehicle, emailed me the Carfax and ALWAYS got back to me right away! His customer service was superior and he did exactly what I asked of him - no surprises. All I had to do when I got to the dealership was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork.
