He was professional, honest, patient, thoroughly explained all options available and answered all my questions. I was also given a great trade value on my older vehicle. When I decided to lease my new Rogue Tim went above and beyond in handling all aspects of the transfer. Ray Ramirez was also very professional and thoroughly explained the lease process and options available. Car Buying Experience Made Easy This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Destination Nissan. This experience was better than the first, and the first time was great. I don't even bother shopping around to the other Nissan dealerships. I worked with Tim Curley (Sales), Randy Wall (Mgr) and Ray Ramirez (Finance). Tim was very attentive, going so far as to clean my license plate that was was being transferred to the 2016 Altima as well as checking to make sure I didn't leave anything behind in the 2014 Altima. Randy Wall was helpful in hammering out the final deal and made sure I received all applicable rebates. Ray Ramirez went as far as to contact Nissan to lower my interest rate from 3% to 2.24%. This team goes above and beyond the call of duty. It was a wonderful experience. More

However, it seems as though once you are no longer seeking to make a purchase/lease then you can forget about receiving quality customer service. I have had a question about a bill that Nissan sent me and have reached out to Randy Wall - the man I worked with to renew my lease - several times. I have been put on hold and the call has dropped, I have left messages with him, I have left messages with the woman taking calls and he has yet to get back to me. He was very concerned about being rated well while we were working on my lease agreement - kept reminding me to give him all excellent ratings. But now that he no longer has to get the sale he apparently couldn't be more apathetic about what customers think. Maybe this review will inspire him or someone at Destination Nissan to be more invested in long-term customer satisfaction. More

Great experience leasing a Rouge! My wife and my daughter went there with me to get the oil changed on our Sentra and had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle. Six hours later I dropped off the Sentra on a trade and leased a Nissan Rouge. My wife asked me to find out what a lease payment would be on the Rouge just for the heck of it. I asked Tim Curley who was as professional as a salesmen can be. He was the most honest car salesmen I have ever worked a deal with. This is the second vehicle I purchased there and will continue to give them my business in the future for sure.
