I only stepped foot in the building to sign a few documents and pick up the keys to drive the car off the lot. I even did that while on a conference call with work. Robert went the extra mile by doing everything for me, from contacting the insurance to have it switched over from the old to new car, getting me the absolute highest dollar amount possible for my trade-in and asking me for very little money down on the purchase of the new car. He even got me the absolute best interest rate possible, given my far less than favorable credit rating. Robert even took into consideration our 'Special Needs' son and what he could do to help us accommodate his needs. Robert was truly a "God Send" and answer to prayer. Robert is truly a one-of-a-kind guy. This was the best sales experience of my life and we all know how "not fun" that experience can be. More
