2 strikes I had purchased a vehicle at Destination Nissan a couple years ago. It was a 2011 with only 10,000, because I live in Mass I had to get my car inspected, not a big deal, until it failed for over 2,000$ worth of repairs that needed to be done then to top it off my car wasn't registered. If obviously failed inspection, wasted time bringing it to them a couple times to get fixed was totally out of my way and the rental they gave us, I won't even go there, was a smack in the face. So anyway last Tuesday I decided what the heck let's give them another shot at this. Everything went well with the sale and the loan office Eric was great, hope he continues to serve his customers with a smile, I can't say enough about how great he was. I signed paperwork and picked up my car last friday. Just knew it was to good to be true. Today is day 7 and as of tomorrow my car will be illegal to drive, but wait it was illegal in the first place, I was the only owner on my trade and I added my husband on the new car, the sales guy Dave A. Told me they were transferring plates and I said that I would have to get new ones because I added my husband, he insist that wasn't the case, so my husband and I had to contact the insurance company multiple times today and then we were told our car was illegal when we left the dealership. They need a paper stamped from my insurance, which Chicopee is the closest Agent, still the salesman insisted we were lying. THERE IS NOONE FROM MY INSURANCE AGENCY IN MY AREA. So trying to contact the dealership more than 20 times today and get nothing but voicemail after u ask the person answering the phone to speak with a person not a voicemail, and finally after 20 attempts with these people I got "sorry ma'am we are very busy today" so now this becomes my problem. They were ok taking my money to do all that running around but when the screw up they sure don't want to take the ownership or even contact u back. This is not right. I was made a promise this would not happen a second time and it did. No help from anyone. My insurance company is disgusted and states they are very unprofessional to make us customers go through this, because I paid the deal ship to register my vehicle the insurance company couldn't do it because they don't want to duplicate things. I can say I have learned my lesson. To top it off it my car isn't register by tomorrow afternoon then we have to rent a car to get to where we have to be this weekend, school and work. More
Better than I thought it would be George Bliven was very understanding and helpful to work with. I would highly recommend you see him when looking for a Nissan (new or Used). Great Experience working with Jason Stewart and Dest. Nissan Jason Stewart was my salesman and I thought he did an excellent job. It was a poor rainy day that I decided to go look for a vehicle. Jason got right Jason Stewart was my salesman and I thought he did an excellent job. It was a poor rainy day that I decided to go look for a vehicle. Jason got right out there in rain and showed us around. I ended up picking out a new Frontier and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The moment we walked in the door till we walked out, he worked with us till we were satisfied. I also worked with Eric the finance manager who was very helpful. All I can say is Thank you to everyone at Destination Nissan. More

Frustrating and Exhausting To start, I ended up here because I received a pre approval offer from Capital One Auto Finance and was called by Eric the finance manager to come in. To start, I ended up here because I received a pre approval offer from Capital One Auto Finance and was called by Eric the finance manager to come in. I made an appointment and upon arrival I was told that he was with another customer, but George was going to help me pick a car. I stated that I had some budget concerns but it was brushed aside. I picked a car and waited 2 hours while insurance was finalized among other things I guess. Eric was finally able to see me and to my surprise there was a sticker price well above the MSRP and a payment over $140 more than I could afford. When I decline the offer he acted shocked and said "I just can't believe this". He proceeded to offer me free car washes and oil changes and acted as though I was an idiot for not accepting. I left when he started pounding his fists and shouting that I couldn't get a brand new car for what I could afford. Ok no problem. I walked out. George followed me as he was very eager to make his sale considering her needed to sell one more car this month to make his bonus. (Or so I was told). He urged me to wait for John, his manager who wanted to speak to me. While I was waiting, Eric bursts out and starts shouting offers. In. The. Parking lot. I was mortified. Here were people shopping for cars and such and this guy is screaming offers at me. I have never been so embarrassed. Once again I tried to leave and George urged me to stay. I met with John and we agreed on a price within my budget. As I was getting inspecting my purchase, I noticed a scratch in the front bumper. My real complaint comes with the fact that the car I bought was damaged. It was agreed before the purchase that this would be repaired. I made an appointment to get my car fixed and was informed the dealership would need it for a few days. I inquired about a rental as I live about 1/2 an hour away and would need to drive to work. I was told this needed to be set up with sales, as there was no indication for a rental on the fix it ticket. I left numerous voicemails, emails and text messages for my sales guy, George, none of which were returned. I missed my service appointment because I had no gaurentee I would be able to get to work. I am floored. I saw him while dropping my car off and he acted as though he hadn't received anything. I asked him to please try and arrange a rental for me. He still hasn't called. I ended up seeing him in the parking lot later that day and asked about my numerous messages and he pretended he had been so busy that day that he hadn't look at his phone. He told me he would call the next day and try to get me in with hertz. He never called. The real kicker? Because my credit isn't great, I was thrilled to get an approval for Capital One. But I wasn't financed through them, but through Nissan itself. After my credit was run. Eleven times. 11 hard inquiries to get me "the best offer" when then only one I was really approved for was through Nissan. So John you can keep your free car washes (I was offered free car washes in exchange for a good review) because this has been one of the worst experiences in my life. I have never felt less valued as a customer. Maybe if I had brought a man with me or was able to purchase a fancier car I would have had the courtesy of at least a call back from one of the three people I had left messages for. More

I wa I recently had to purchase a vehicle for my business and was referred to Destination Nissan, and specifically George Bliven, by a family member. I was not disappointed in the customer service, professionalism, and dedication. In fact my expectations were exceeded. I had very specific needs for my vehicle and George was determined to find me the best vehicle within my price range for my needs. I will need another vehicle in 2 years and will go right back to Destination Nissan, and George when that time comes. More

However, I had been sold a keyfob by a third party that was the sole purpose for my visit to this dealer. The service rep. accepted this and told me how much it would be to program the car to use it. He, like me assumed it was the right part for my car. 2 hours later he gave me a call to let me know that he felt the rear shocks needed to be replaced on the car, and despite a higher price than a local shop would charge for this service I agreed to the additional work (around 450 with alignment). The following day he called me to tell me that the keyfob I had gotten from an outside source was not compatible with my vehicle. Maybe this is a better thing to investigate before you agree to do service? I accepted this as my issue and left without the only thing I really needed done to the car being completed. However, despite getting 450 for the shocks, another 2K (his estimate) for recall work, they decided to also charge me $85 for the failed programming. I take responsibility for it being my part, but 2 things will keep me from going back. 1. why would Nissan make keyfobs so similar on their surface that a service tech cannot tell you by looking at them that they are for different vehicles? 2. after taking more than $2500 in service fees for my visit, why would they not comp the failed attempt to program the FOB. They charge an hour of service to plug in a computer and try to program, I am suspect that it takes that long. More
