I drove the car for a 20minutes, never once did I feel rushed I returned back to the dealership and I was given a trade in price. I thought me vehicle was worth more due to the condition. I gave Joe a counter offer and he brought it to Tyson and it was accepted. I went to pick up the car on Friday but was advised that there was Nissan recall. Joe told me that they will give car a lot off the lot. Joe told me to have a seat, while he put a plate on the car and took the car and filled it full of gas. Joe told me bring the car back Monday afternoon. When I returned the car and mine was ready, Joe showed me how to use the switches and button, explained the safety features of my car. He also connected by my blue tooth. Joe is an asset to Destination do to his commitment to excellent service. More
I was allowed to take delivery of a vehicle which clearly had a serious problem, i.e. passenger air bag was not functioning. When I finally was able to bring the car in, the loaner car which I was promised took over an hour and a half to get and I was late for an appointment. I specifically told the service rep that I could not be late. Let me say that Nissan customer service was completely ineffectual. It will be a long time before I consider another Nissan vehicle. More
The place I worked leased 2 Altima's in January from Al Diamond. I told him I would be back once my wife found a job and I would test drive a Sentra to see if I would like it. On 4/8 I test drove the Sentra and was very impressed. I told him I wanted to show my wife. He said to go pick up my wife from AMC and bring her back so she can make a decision. She liked it, but first we test drove an automatic and then a standard. My wife and I decided on a standard transmission, black Sentra. Al Diamond is the consumate salesman, no pressure! I don't usually write reviews but Destination Nissan, Al Diamond and staff were very cordial and great to work with. We picked our new car up the next afternoon all detailed and ready for us. Even though my credit rating was a little low, the credit manager worked hard to get me the best leasing deal he could with Nissan! I would highly recommend this dealership. I came into this dealership and my first impression was very great, it was very clean and i had someone walking up to help me within minutes of looking on the lot. He offered for me to take it for a test drive and he really took his time in letting me know about all the key features the car had and i didnt feel rushed at all. The dealership was able to give me a great deal with my trade in and my payments actually ended up to be less than what i had thought. And when i came to pick up my car i checked it over real good and i couldnt find a thing wrong with it. My salesman even called me after i had the car home to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. It made me feel good to actually know he cared enough to call me like that. Im really glad that I chose Destination Nissan for my new car purchase and I highly recommend! More

I went to Destination Nissan on Monday, April 8th, 2013 to find out the possibilities of trading my 2011 Kia Sorrento in for a new lease. We met Ricki and from the start he was great to deal with. I thin to find out the possibilities of trading my 2011 Kia Sorrento in for a new lease. We met Ricki and from the start he was great to deal with. I think he has great customer service skills, he was very accommodating to me. I would recommend Ricki to my friends and family. The only disappointment was that my lease only had 8958 miles on it, I think I should have had a greater lease hand in price.
