In order to get both of us to work without a hitch (or a loss of much needed wages), we needed to completely purchase the Prius in one day, including registering the new vehicle with DMV, switching over the license plates, etc. As the business hours ticked away, and our one-day goal seemed to be getting more and more impossible to meet, Chris Cossey was amazing. He kept in constant cell phone contact with my husband and me, having us email him pictures of the registration and license plates, so he could get the information to DMV in time. I would certainly recommend purchasing a vehicle with Chris without reservation. More
It was a hard week for me once my dodge neon lost it's transmission for the second time, but destination Nissan was there to save the day! Sorry if this is a little long, but I recommend reading the entire 5 star experience. I visited, phoned, and emailed multiple dealerships from Boston, to Southern NH, to VT and everywhere in between. the entire 5 star experience. I visited, phoned, and emailed multiple dealerships from Boston, to Southern NH, to VT and everywhere in between. Between all communication channels, I would estimate that I spent close to 15 hours talking to, emailing, and traveling to multiple dealerships searching for, not only the perfect car, but someone that I felt I could trust to look out for my best interests. I wish that I just STARTED with Destination Nissan. From the first moment that I clicked on the 'chat now' button, and was connected to Suzanne Bisson, I knew this was going to be a different experience. Suzanne conveyed a very friendly message, and an immediate knowledgeable response to my question. While they did not have the car that I was looking for, she provided a solution, and a plan to acquire the actual auto that I used as an example. Within an hour, I was talking with Suzanne on the phone, and she had already detailed out how they were going to get the vehicle, and when it would be delivered. Superior service, but here's where it gets better. In general conversation about scheduling a visit, I mentioned something very subtle about the color of the car being blue (which I liked), but perhaps with some hesitation ( my preferred color was white, or silver). The call ended. Suzanne phoned me back about 15 minutes later, and mentioned that she thought there may have been some hesitation in my voice about the color, and asked if I was really comfortable with purchasing THAT car. She didn't want me to purchase something that I would not be comfortable with down the rd. When I explained why I would prefer a lighter shade vs a darker shade, she offered to a thorough search to locate exactly what I was looking for, and with the same options. Within another 30 minutes, the car was located a couple of hundred miles away, and already scheduled to be delivered. Destination Nissan, the best quality a sales person can have, is the ability to listen to what a customer is saying, even if they are not saying it. Suzanne did this brilliantly! After securing the car, Suzanne connected me to James (Jim) Desantis. Jim phoned me back that evening to introduce himself, and reassure me that he was going to do everything he could to make sure this transaction was a smooth as possible. We spoke for 30 minutes on the phone well after his dealership had closed for the evening. All on his own time, he wanted to make sure that I was absolutely comfortable with the process. When I mentioned that I was still working too, he read between the lines (like Suzanne), and realized that maybe the phone wasn't the best channel to communicate with due to my time being limited. He offered his cell phone for texting, and his personal email allowing me to communicate on the fly. In addition, and because I asked for it, I received constant updates on the status of the vehicle. His responses were immediate when I had a question. Communicating via my preferred method, this transaction was negotiated practically before I even walked into the formal dealership. I cannot tell you how much time that saved me. When I did visit the dealership (all within two days of my initial contact), the car was there ready for the test drive. I met Jim, and we took the car for a drive. Not once did he put any pressure on me to get the transaction over with, instead, he focused on making sure I was fully comfortable with the vehicle, and answered all of the remaining questions that I had. Once inside the dealership, I met, and thanked Suzanne for her superior service, then sat with Jim to go over the paperwork. He explained everything thoroughly, and if he didn't have an answer to a question, he immediately went to get an answer (vs coming back to it a later point). Within an hour or so, my trade-in was fairly agreed upon, all the paperwork was completed, and I was able to leave with my vehicle. Not once did Jim, or anyone else for that matter, make me feel rushed, or pressured. I could have taken two hours, and I still believe they would not have rushed me. The numbers were EXACT to the original negotiations. No hidden fees...no add-ons. Again, I know this is long, but James and Suzanne completely customized this buying experience around my needs. This just doesn't happen at other dealerships. Of course it's important to shop around. It's a big purchase. Start with Destination Nissan, however (they did have the best price though). Chat with Suzanne online, and then ask for Jim Desantis. Destination Nissan is not like the other dealerships. They really are top notch, and I could not be more impressed with everything they did for me. Thanks Jim and Suzanne! PS, I've had a few questions after the sale. Jim always provides an immediate response, and solution to anything that I ask for. He promised to, and has delivered on, making sure I'm comfortable after the sale, too. I truly feel as though I could contact this dealership at any point after the sale for support. This is more important than the sale, in my opinion, and a huge value. I will continue to send people to Destination Nissan, and not just because of their competitive pricing, but because of Jim and Suzanne. More

Joe worked really hard to give us the price we wanted for the car and so did the manager. We ended up getting a price incredibly close to what we hoped for and we are really happy for that.
