3 years ago we leased a vehicle that we out grew. I mean out grew my sixteen year old who has Autism is now 6'4" and 325 lbs and we also obtained a Leonberger puppy (Certified Pet Therapy Dog) who now at 19 out grew my sixteen year old who has Autism is now 6'4" and 325 lbs and we also obtained a Leonberger puppy (Certified Pet Therapy Dog) who now at 19 months weighs about 175 lbs. Neither fit well in our Jetta. Understanding our predicament Destination Nissan was able to get us into a Pthfinder to fit our needs & price, no hassle. It was a great experience. More

The experience at Destination Nissan was second best to none. It all started with a chat at Destination Nissan online with Suzanne Bisson, I asked Suzanne to check to see if the car I was interested in was none. It all started with a chat at Destination Nissan online with Suzanne Bisson, I asked Suzanne to check to see if the car I was interested in was still on their lot. Within in 20 minutes Suzanne got back to me. (Thanks Suzanne). Later that week I stopped by to do a test drive, (unannounced), but because my salesman Vinny was out on the road assisting (a good thing), Jim DeSantis started me off with the intro's of the car that I had in mind to purchase. Jim covered every detail of the 2012 Altima 2.5S from front to back and inside and out, and explained to make sure I understood how to work all the moderns on this vehicle. Jim has a great grasp on the car business. Thanks Jim! The sales staff were great (especially Vinny). Vinny came thru for me, he knows the business thru and thru, he is friendly, he is a customer satisfaction specialist in my opinion, he let me spin to win, and they had a BBQ with yummy food. This was by far the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made, and the process was very smooth. Destination Nissan will absolutely be a dealer that I recommend to others looking for a car. At the time of delivery 4/3/2013, a 3000 mile checkup and oil change was scheduled for 7/22/2013 by the sales agent, on 7/17/2013 I recieved via US mail a reminder from Destination Nissan about my scheduled oil change was scheduled for 7/22/2013 by the sales agent, on 7/17/2013 I recieved via US mail a reminder from Destination Nissan about my scheduled appointment on 7/22/2013. On Monday 7/22/2013, 7:20 AM, I arrived at Destination Nissan for my scheduled appointment. At this time the service manager informed me that I was not on the schedule and that I would not be able to have my car serviced. I was very disappointed with this situation (seeing that it was previously scheduled by Nissan themselves) and through negotiations with the service manager, they were ultimatly able to complete my service in a timely manner (which they should have done in the first place). The service manager was very courteous & professional, but I am very unhappy with the Destination Nissan process. I hope my future service needs will not be as frustrating as my initial experience. When I first drove up to Destination Nissan, I was hesitant at first, I went to other car dealerships in the past and I have always felt like they swindled me after I received the car. I had a 2005 Je hesitant at first, I went to other car dealerships in the past and I have always felt like they swindled me after I received the car. I had a 2005 Jeep Liberty and I wanted something newer, just not brand new. I knew my credit was bad at the moment, but I knew that I needed something reliable with better gas mileage than my Jeep, especially with my daughter commuting to College and work on a daily basis. When I met Brian, he greeted my daughter and me with a great big smile and a strong handshake. I liked how personable he was. He made sure we were comfortable and asked us exactly what we were looking for. After explaining that I had my eye on the white Kia Soul that was on the website, which we parked right in front of, he went inside, got the keys for us, and pulled it out for us to look at it. He even gave us some humorous jokes. When I finally decided, I wanted the vehicle we went inside and worked out the paperwork. I did not exactly get the payment I wanted but it was not atrocious. Everyone was so friendly there and I felt like they actually cared, I even to this day get calls from Brian seeing how everything is. I just cannot rave enough about the people who work there, Jason, Suzanne, Vinny, Josh, and Erik. Not only did we meet friendly faces there but also they were all personable and fun to talk with. I will always remember these people whenever I drive my new vehicle. More
