I went into this dealership after getting a bad deal from Garvey VW KIA a few months back which resulted in a bunch of negative equity. After car shopping for a few weeks and being treated very poorly from o Garvey VW KIA a few months back which resulted in a bunch of negative equity. After car shopping for a few weeks and being treated very poorly from other dealerships because of my situation I was fed up. I left a certain dealership after having the car that I needed to get out of my situation sold on me with a deposit on it, I was very angry. As I left the dealership I noticed that Nissan was right next door, I said to myself this is my last shot and then I'm giving up. I went into this dealership still very upset, angry and not trusting a word from any employee at any dealership at this point. To my surprise my mood changed within 45 minutes. I was treated with the up most respect and concern to my situation. Allen did an amazing job to not only give me the best deal he could to help with my situation but, he also mad it a very enjoyable experience! Rocco also worked with Allen and myself to give me the best deal possible and was willing to do whatever was needed to get me out of my situation and into a better car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Allen Diamond to everyone. We ended up leasing a vehicle, buying a vehicle and then buying a vehicle for my mother-in-law and now my step son is purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I had been looking for a certified pre -owned BMW on line for a while. I knew the model and color and the price range I was interested in. Although I wanted to find a local car and dealership with my line for a while. I knew the model and color and the price range I was interested in. One Saturday afternoon I saw 2 cars on line posted by Destination Nissan. I interacted with the on line chat representative Sue. She immediately called me and said that they would be happy to show me the cars that same afternoon. She introduced me to Chris Cossey, who himself, was an owner of several BMW's and was also a sport racing driver and enthusiast. I had many questions about the cars but also BMW's in general. Although Chris is a Nissan salesman he was genuinely interested in telling me about his experiences with BMW's and his thoughts about the particular cars they had. The car needed a battery service and check prior to offering it for sale from a local BMW dealer. He keep me informed about the car and asked the dealer about the the options package supplied on the car from the VIN. The car was prepped and in very good condition when I picked it up. The price was competitive and they did negotiate with me on right price. All in all a pleasant experience! More

I have actually never written a review before, but I was just so disturbed by the business practices of this dealer, I am writing one now. I went in to look at a used Nissan. I will say the sale gentleman was extremely nice - that was Greg and he was the one and only decent part of this dealer. My concerns are not with him, but with the business practices of the dealer. We took the car out, looked it over - fine. At no point during my visit did I get ANY financial information. I asked about the value of my trade in and was told that was up to the bank. Banks do not value the trade-in, the dealer does - but I let it go at that point, figuring they were working with the numbers. I was then asked for the down payment - I said I could not do it right then and left a small deposit instead. When I asked again about the financials I was told they would be reviewed with me when I picked the vehicle up. I said I would not commit to the vehicle without seeing the numbers first. At that point I was told they would call me, which they did not. I tried for 2 days to get in touch with someone and no one would return my calls. At no point did I feel I was getting a straight answer or the information I needed from this dealer. I took back my $100 deposit and will not be dealing business with this dealer - at any point. Their business practices felt very "sketchy" to me. If you are interested in a Nissan, I would recommend driving the extra miles up Central Ave. to Lia Nissan. It was an entirely different experience and within half and hour I had the info I needed. I would not recommend Destination Nissan. More

They took notable care of my service requests and advised me on other items that would benefit our vehicle in the future.
