Having made an online appointment eight days prior, I went to the dealership only to be told I didn't have an appointment. When I explained I had made the appointment on line, I was told "online appoint went to the dealership only to be told I didn't have an appointment. Aimee asked if I could leave the vehicle for the day, which I did. It was ready by 3:30. Fine so far. The service was for bad wheel bearings. (This on a vehicle with 31,000 miles...) Today I decided to rotate the tires (five days after the service visit), and when I pulled off the front driver's side wheel I was met with grease sprayed everywhere. Apparently, the technician hadn't reattached the CV joint boot. This is just plain irresponsible, and potentially dangerous. I don't know if any damage was done to the CV joint, but I'm calling first thing in the morning to get this situation rectified as soon as possible. This isn't the first time I've had shoddy work done at Albany Dodge, and if Albany Dodge wonders why I don't go there for non-warranty service, this is yet another reason why. More

I work a lot and had a tight schedule . I was interested in a car they had on the lot . Kyle took the time to bring the car to my work.
