Brought the Nissan in for my 1st service with Destination Nissan. The service manager (Tony) was kind and easy to work with, but the amount of time had taken for a simple oil change and tire rotation was una Nissan. The 90-minute wait for the simple maintenance service will make me think twice about bringing it back to Destination. Unsure if this is typical or unusual. Recommend them for the larger maintenance service intervals, but would recommend Jiffy Lube to others looking for a quick oil change or tire rotation. John More

Upon greeting her at the dealership, my wife and I asked her for a really nice salesperson - and she introduced us to Joe Nolte. Right from the start Joe was the right man for us. He was friendly, professional, attentive and did not pressure us at all. We test drove the 2013 Nissan Altima SV that we had discussed with Suzanne - and Joe spent alot of time with us explaining all of the features of the car. We decided to buy the car that day - and Joe made this a calm, pleasant experience. Joe took care of the DMV paperwork the next day and we went back the next day to finish the purchase paperwork and pick up the car. Joe took time to once again go over any questions about the car and asked us to drop by anytime or call for more info. We do not remember the name of the guy who did the financial paperwork but he also was a very nice guy to do business with. Joe did follow-up calls after that day to make sure all was OK and that we were happy with the car. One minor post purchase issue was that the license plates for our trade-in vehicle did not get turned into DMV (or at least did not get recorded) the same day that we got our new plates. We noticed this when we got our updated insurance paperwork that still showed our old car as being insured. It took 2 days and multiple calls with Joe and our insurance agent to get this resolved, but it did get resolved. In summary, we would definitely recommend Destination Nissan and Suzanne, Joe and the financial guy to other people interested in a car. More
