I did purchase a car from this dealer, but only because it's a hard car to find, they had the exact model I wanted and i was comfortable dealing with it's mechanical issues at the price they offered. The salesman was pushy and was minimally informed about the vehicle. he was dismissive and evasive about every mechanical question i had about the car, despite knowing that I am mechanically competent. they claim a "120 point inspection" on every car sold, but when i requested documentation of what the mechanic found, they were either unable or unwilling to produce it. I requested that the dealer fix 2 minor issues (driver window and passenger door lock) prior to picking up the vehicle. I was assured when i picked up the car that the issues were fixed, and it was clear immediately that they had not been looked at. I would not recommend this dealership, and would specifically advise non-mechanically inclined individuals to avoid it. More

Went to Albany Dodge to trade my 2003 Dodge Ram for a new Dodge pickup. Was fortunate enough to get Joe Nolte as my salesman for this deal.I sat there and told Joe exactly what I was looking for as in color Dodge pickup. The paperwork went smoothly and i left there a happy man ready to pick up my new truck the next day. I was talking to another salesman the next day and he told me that Joe was fairly new on the job. I wouldn't have known that because I thought that he certainly did a professional job and I am very happy with my new vehicle and happy to have dealt with Joe. He took the time to call me after I got my truck to see how everything is going and if there were any questions or problems and he also told me to call him any time.
