Got what I wanted. Did not get all the terms I wanted but I figure its not really his fault. I plan to have the truck a year and come back and trade it in. We recently purchased a new Grand Caravan and had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Having four children, it was difficult to find time to go into the dealership to work on the details of the new purch pleasure of working with Kyle. Having four children, it was difficult to find time to go into the dealership to work on the details of the new purchase and determine the value of our trade-in. Kyle made it possible to do much of the work over the phone/email so when we finally arrived at the dealership (with all 4 kids in tow!) we were able to work out the purchase agreement very quickly. We really appreciated Kyle's attentiveness to any concerns or questions we had. When we drove away in our new car, we were very happy with the whole process. Kyle is very professional and personable. This is really bush league and reflects negatively on Albany Dodge, I have bought multiple cars from different dealers and always have taken delivery with a full tank, this is now expected by customers paying $40,000+ for a new vehicle. Had to return to the dealership a few days later to correct erroneous title information. Definitely not the smoothest delivery. The salesperson was very friendly and a pleasure to work with and very apologetic for the issues. More

Alan was very knowledgable. He acknowledged me when I first entered the parking lot and answered all of my questions. He was very personable and friendly. I had great service....I think the dealership should consider oil changes as free maintenance if you purchase a car from them.
