I came in for a tire service on a 2011 Dodge Journey. I am disappointed I had to buy new tires at only 24,000 miles, but that's another story. She then immediately took care of the problem and even offered a coupon to save a few bucks. No one likes spending money on repairs but I think Albany Dodge was fair and efficient. My only complaint is that I wish the waiting room was more comfortable. I have seen other local dealerships and Albany Dodge definitely falls short on comfort. More

All i can say is JOE worked very hard to get us in our new truck. As time goes on he will be very good a what he does,not that he is bad now.
