Service was for an oil change with an appointment. The vehicle was taken right away, the service advisor had everything ready. Appointment was for 7:30 AM and I was home by 8:30 AM. An overall fantastic experience. I had found the vehicle I was interested in on AUTOTRADER.COM, and when I went to Albany Dodge to view it, I was greeted by Vinny. I have purchased vehicles for 30 years an I was interested in on AUTOTRADER.COM, and when I went to Albany Dodge to view it, I was greeted by Vinny. I have purchased vehicles for 30 years and have never once felt as comfortable as I did dealing with Vinny. At no point during my experience did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I even told him I needed to think about it overnight and he said "no problem, call me when you are ready". Other dealerships have said "I will need a good faith deposit to hold this vehicle for you while you think" and we all know where that leads. I ended up with vehicle I wanted and it was described perfectly on AUTOTRADER.COM. Nothing was non-disclosed. There was no delay in receiving a requested CARFAX report, it was even available for free on-line. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and actually can't wait to buy another new car. More
