I love the service at Albany Dodge because they have "Service Specials", one of their specials was with a coupon they had sent me, pay for 1 oil change, get 3 free. After I was told that I would receive "Service Specials", one of their specials was with a coupon they had sent me, pay for 1 oil change, get 3 free. After I was told that I would receive something in the mail and I didn't after awhile, when I went on Monday 1/2/12 to have my car serviced, the nice girl who I don't remember her name, found my 3 free oil changes and brought it to my attention. My experience with Matt and Tyson was very enjoyable. I feel I got a pretty good deal and a very nice Ram 1500. I did not go there looking for a vechicle only to look and past the time because I had a very nice 2008 dodge Ram 1500 that I liked very much. Matt did not pressure me at all. The truck sold itself, all Matt and Tyson had to do was the paperwork and they did an excellent job at that. Had a small problem with the dealership higherups but Matt and Tyson resolved it and I am a happy owner of my 5th Dodge Ram. I would most likely go back when its time for a new one. More
