I was referred to Salesman Vinnie Notaro by a friend who bought a New car from Albany Dodge weeks prior. I went in on Fri to speak to him, told him my situation. I am truly surprised that this dealership has positive reviews. It makes me wonder if those people were really informed customers. Did they do any research on fair pricing? My experience was that I kept hearing this commercial they had running on the radio for the exact same truck I had been shopping for. So, I went down there feeling really optimistic and ready to buy. It all turned out to be "pie in the sky"! The advertised truck price was unattainable and no real explanation as to why. I told Alan that I was very well informed about the truck and pricing. I asked for his best offer. He came back at WELL OVER TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS OVER ANOTHER LOCAL DEALERSHIP!!! He was also trying to HIDE the Dodge factory rebates/dealer incentives that were out there. $7,100.00 to be exact!! I had to ask for them. He had no interest in making a fair or competitive offer!
