Vincent was great! I have never had a salesman that was willing to walk an entire parking lot for hours looking for the right vehicle with me. Delivery of the vehicle took close to 2 1/2 hours, window sticker was missing from new vehicle - a new one was ordered and has never been received. We called back in two weeks as instructed, sales departmen sticker was missing from new vehicle - a new one was ordered and has never been received. We called back in two weeks as instructed, sales department said wait another week, we called back and our call has not been returned. The inital deposit of $1,000 was not taken off of the final paper work, we went round and around to get the paperwork adjusted, they were very unorganized and it took forever to correct. We had a receipt but they said there was no vin number on it so they didn't know if it was correct. We were given that receipt and had to tell them that day that it was wrong because they didn't show the deposit there either so they re-printed it. A toneau cover was ordered the day we picked up the vehicle we have not heard one thing about it the rep in parts did not want to take a deposit so who knows if it has ever been ordered. WOW is all we can say!!! Vincent is by far the best sales person we have EVER EVER delt with ... I was even able to come in with my 4 and 8 year old while my husband was at work and was still able to get eve person we have EVER EVER delt with ...
