Arrived for my appointment approx. 20 minutes early. Jodi said it would take 40 minutes to change the oil and filter. I assumed it would be started at my scheduled time, not when I arrived. I had an appt for 2:30, so I expect my car to be worked on within a few minutes of the timeframe. I sat in the waiting room looking at my truck which sat there until after 3pm..... No one came to explain that they were behind......I approached the service reps 2 x's about the length of tiime I was there. I could have gone to my local garage and had this done in 10 minutes. Again, I would like to thank Annette Krebs and the mechanics at Albany Dodge for providing excellent service for my Jeep Cherokee. Annette Krebs is an expert at diagnosing repair issues and immediately provides an approximate cost for the work. I have full trust in her judgment and appreciate how she consults with the mechanics as to the best approach to handling a repair. So too, the mechanics working on my car for the past several years, have all been top notch. I think Albany Dodge has some of the best mechanics in Albany. I have never had to bring the car back because a repair was done inadequately. In fact, as a car repair hobbyist, I have always been amazed at the superior work the mechanics have done on some of the more difficult jobs that I have given them. Anyone who has any difficulties locating a good repair shop should bring their work to Annette Krebs and Albany Dodge, since they will be very satisfied. More
